Technical Support Options Available

  • Level 1 Support is provided by PROF1XER and ClearMind Consultants.
    • For General Support Helpdesk – please visit PROF1XER Helpdesk and submit a ticket.
  • We have implemented LiveSupport and Issue Tracking System for our SSUS Subscribers and maintenance clients.
    • LiveSupport – our technical support can remotely support your computer or server via our LiveSupport platform. Please visit http://www.prof1xer.com/live for instructions.
    • Please log in to http://clearmind.datumcorp.com/track to create new issues – it can be a bug, enhancement, etc. and we can assign and keep track of the requests to our programmers.
    • For new users – please register at http://clearmind.datumcorp.com/track/signup.php. Once registered, please email us your registration details and we will assign it to the respective software product. From there, we can login and monitor the issues together.
